Neoadjuvant toripalimab + TIP in locally advanced penile SCC at #ESMO26 👏 ORR 84% (21/25) and pCR 48% (12/25), against about 10% historically with TIP chemo alone. 1-yr EFS was 72% and 1-yr OS 88% at 21.4 months median follow-up. HPV+ tumors trended better, but that wasn't significant. Small study and early days, but very encouraging for a rare cancer that badly needs better options. Phase 3 next! #PenileCancer #GUOnc
