METiS Pharmaceuticals and Eli Lilly Sign LNP Delivery Deal with Over $10 Million Upfront and Up to $1.1 Billion Milestones

METiS Pharmaceuticals announced a strategic collaboration with Eli Lilly focused on research and discovery of novel LNP delivery solutions, exploring tissue-specific delivery supporting multiple therapeutic modalities. Under the agreement, METiS will receive an upfront payment of over $10 million and is eligible for development, regulatory and commercial milestone payments of up to $1.1 billion, plus tiered royalties at a single-digit percentage of annual net sales.
