Hansoh Pharma and Roche Strike Strategic Licensing Deal with Potential Milestones Over $15 Billion

Hansoh Pharmaceutical announced on October 19 a strategic collaboration and license agreement with Roche, with potential milestone payments exceeding $15 billion. Under the agreement, Roche will further develop the relevant programs worldwide, excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. Hansoh retains all rights to develop, register and commercialize these programs in those regions.
