🎯 Why this matters: this is no longer just an early DFS story. With mature follow-up, the survival benefit remains clinically meaningful and reinforces pembrolizumab as a true adjuvant standard in ccRCC at increased risk of recurrence.
For me, the next question is not whether adjuvant pembrolizumab works — it is how to refine selection further so we identify who needs treatment most, and who may safely avoid it.
