NMPA Grants Conditional Approval for T-DXd Pan-Tumor Indication in HER2 IHC 3+ Solid Tumors

On October 20, 2026, trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) received conditional approval from the NMPA for adults with unresectable or metastatic HER2 IHC 3+ solid tumors. In DESTINY-PanTumor02, the HER2 IHC 3+ population had an ORR of 61.3%, with median PFS and OS of 11.9 and 21.1 months; endometrial, cervical and ovarian cancer cohorts had ORRs of 84.6%, 75.0% and 63.6%, respectively.
