Hutchmed Licenses Ex-Greater China Rights of HMPL-A830 to GSK in $1.295 Billion Deal

Hutchomed has licensed global development and commercialization rights to HMPL-A830, excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, to GSK, in a deal totaling $1.295 billion. HMPL-A830 is the third molecule from Hutchmed's in-house ATTC (antibody-targeted conjugate) platform, and its global Phase Ia trial began in September 2026 in both China and the United States.
