#ESMO26 Dr. Martin Sebastian presents PACE-LUNG: phase II study of osimertinib monotherapy for EGFR NSCLC with ctDNA at 3w and if positive, add 4 cycles of chemotherapy. 72/255 were ctDNA positive at 3w. mPFS 17.8m and OS 31.5m from start of osi - no comparator but encouraging.
