ARTEMIS-011

Body

ARTEMIS-011 (#ESMO26 LBA9): First real progress in relapsed osteosarcoma in decades?
In heavily pretreated R/R osteosarcoma (≥2 prior lines), B7-H3 ADC risvutatug rezetecan (Ris-Rez) vs gemcitabine + docetaxel (n=122, China):
• Median PFS: 5.5 vs 1.4 months | HR 0.33, p<0.0001
• OS still immature (HR 0.51 — favorable trend)
• Toxicity trade-off: Grade ≥3 TEAEs 92.5% vs 83.3%; treatment-related SAEs 63.8% vs 28.6% (mostly hematologic)
• One G2 ILD (resolved), no treatment-related deaths
Meaningful PFS gain in a rare disease with almost no options. But higher toxicity and immature OS mean we still need global data and better toxicity management.
Would this change your practice for selected patients?
