Hansoh and Roche Strike ADC Collaboration with $400 Million Upfront and Over $15 Billion Potential Value

Hansoh Pharmaceutical announced on October 19 a strategic collaboration and license agreement with Roche covering a portfolio of ADC projects, with an upfront payment of $400 million and potential total deal value exceeding $15 billion. The portfolio includes two Hansoh preclinical ADC candidates plus multiple programs against Roche-proposed targets built on Hansoh's proprietary ADC platform. Roche will handle further development worldwide excluding mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan.
