On October 7, a team at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center published a study in Nature showing that the tRNA molecule tRNA1Arg(UCU) acts like a switch to determine prostate cancer cell fate: reduced levels lead to drug resistance, while restoring them recovers drug sensitivity.
