at #AACR26 updates RMC-9805 (zoldonrasib) in KRAS G12D NSCLC. Very impressive. G12D is a particular need in lung cancer as many patients have no smoking history and do not fare as well with immunotherapy. Zoldonrasib is a mutant selective, RAS(ON) inhibitor.
