Global, single-arm trial of dostarlimab in dMMR/MSI-H LARC (n=154).

🔹 cCR sustained ≥12 mo: 68% (INV), 47% (ICR; 38 additional pts in cCR awaiting 12-mo follow-up)

🔹 cCR12 + pCR: 76% (including surgical pCR)

🔹 71% remained progression-free without additional SOC treatment.

🔹 Median follow-up: 26.3 mo; no recurrences after cCR/pCR to date.

The FDA already granted accelerated approval on October 19, 2026.
