Interesting exploratory ctDNA data from EV-304/KEYNOTE-B15 at #ESMO26 in cisplatin-eligible MIBC.
🔹 ctDNA clearance: 82.1% with EV+P vs 66.7% with gem/cis
🔹 Baseline ctDNA+ patients derived substantial EFS benefit from EV+P (HR 0.54)
🔹 Persistent ctDNA positivity after surgery was associated with poor outcomes regardless of treatment.
ctDNA is a powerful prognostic biomarker, but can it guide treatment selection or bladder preservation? More work is needed.
