Takeda's Brentuximab Vedotin Approved in China for First-Line Combination Treatment of CD30-Positive PTCL

On October 23, Takeda China announced that brentuximab vedotin for injection received NMPA approval for a new indication: first-line combination therapy in adults with CD30-positive PTCL. The regimen combines cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin and prednisone, for previously untreated systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma or other CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma, including AITL and PTCL-NOS.
