How fitting to see attrition take the Presidential Symposium stage at #ESMO26! 🎯 Dr. Liu highlights a striking reality in ES-SCLC: only 37% of patients in the LALUCA registry received second-line therapy. A compelling rationale for maintenance strategies, with the critical balance between disease control, added toxicity and ultimately, survival. This is precisely why I brought real-world attrition into my post of chemotherapy-free strategies in metastatic CRC and PDAC. It matters enormously. Therapeutic trifecta convergence: activity, tolerability, combinability! Different cancers, different therapeutic approaches, but a shared question: How to preserve patients' opportunity to benefit not only from today's treatment, but also from what comes next? @ArndtVogel @RManochakian
