Population: 263 patients with HR+/HER2− advanced breast cancer after prior CDK4/6 inhibitor. 2. Arms: Atirmociclib + fulvestrant vs investigator’s choice (fulvestrant or everolimus + exemestane). 3. Median PFS: 9.4 vs 6.6 months (HR 0.60). 4. ORR: 19.3% vs 11.3%. 5. Clinical benefit ≥24 weeks: 61.9% vs 46.0%. 6.
