In the final analysis of the phase III OptiTROP-Lung04 study, sacituzumab tirumotecan (sac-TMT) monotherapy achieved a median overall survival of 25.9 months in patients with EGFR-mutated NSCLC that progressed after EGFR-TKI treatment, compared with 17.4 months in the platinum-based chemotherapy group.
Why it matters
The phase III final OS analysis, with platinum-based chemotherapy as the control, reports the HR and confidence interval for both arms, enabling direct comparison of survival benefit.
