Roche Reports Week 52 Data from Phase 3 MEERKAT and SANDCAT Trials of Vamikibart

At AAO 2026, Roche reported week 52 data from the phase 3 MEERKAT and SANDCAT studies of vamikibart in uveitic macular edema, showing sustained vision gains and fluid resolution. Pooled across both studies, a significantly higher proportion of vamikibart-treated patients gained at least 15 letters in best-corrected visual acuity at week 16 versus sham injection, and about two thirds of eligible patients needed no further treatment after week 16.
