Lynk's JAK1 inhibitor shows 91.8% ACR20 response at week 76 in Phase 3 rheumatoid arthritis trial

Lynk Pharmaceuticals reported long-term results from the Phase 3 COURAGE-RA trial of its oral JAK1 inhibitor in rheumatoid arthritis. Among patients who continued treatment, ACR20, ACR50 and ACR70 response rates at week 76 were 91.8%, 80.5% and 62.4%. The study enrolled 430 patients with moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis; at week 24, the ACR20 response rate was 79.1% with the drug versus 39.7% with placebo, and 81.4% of continued-treatment patients had low disease activity at week 76.
