🫁 Phase 3 (n=338): osimertinib + savolitinib vs platinum–pemetrexed in EGFRm, MET-overexpressed and/or amplified advanced NSCLC after osimertinib. Primary endpoint: PFS by BICR.

➡️ Median PFS 7.6 vs 5.4 mo; HR 0.55 (0.42–0.72); p<0.001
➡️ Median OS 17.8 vs 12.9 mo; HR 0.68 (0.50–0.91); p=0.010
➡️ Grade ≥3 TRAEs 40% vs 52%; serious TEAEs 41% vs 28%
✅ Significant PFS and OS improvement with a manageable safety profile, establishing a new global standard of care.
