Genmab's Rina-S Meets PFS and OS Endpoints in Phase 3 RAINFOL-02, Shares Surge

Genmab announced that Rina-S met the primary PFS endpoint and key secondary OS endpoint in the global phase 3 RAINFOL-02 trial in platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, and the company's shares surged. Rina-S is the antibody-drug conjugate rinatabart sesutecan, showing statistically significant improvement across all FRα expression levels and regardless of prior mirvetuximab treatment. In the primary analysis set of 492 patients, risk of disease progression or death was reduced by 67%.
