#ESMO2026 abstract: 🇨🇳Keymed’s CDH17 ADC CM518D1 Posts 33.3% ORR in Colorectal Cancer (1015P) The ongoing open-label, multicenter Phase 1/2 study (NCT07019779) is evaluating its safety and antitumor activity in advanced solid tumors, including CRC, G/GEJC and pancreatic cancer. Study update as of May 8, 2026 - 84 patients enrolled: 71 with CRC, 10 with G/GEJC and 3 with pancreatic cancer. - Patients had received a median of 3 prior lines of therapy (range: 1–9). - In dose escalation, 21 patients received 1.6–8.0 mg/kg; the maximum tolerated dose had not been reached. - In dose expansion, 63 patients received 4.8, 5.8 or 6.8 mg/kg every three weeks. Preliminary efficacy - 4.8 mg/kg: Among patients with CRC, the ORR was 33.3%, with only one response awaiting confirmation. - Median follow-up was 4.1 months, and median time to response was 2.8 months. - 5.8 mg/kg: DCR was 88.9%. 6.8 mg/kg: DCR was 100%. - PRs were observed after two doses in both the 5.8 and 6.8 mg/kg cohorts Safety - The most common TRAEs included anemia, decreased white blood cell count, decreased neutrophil count, hypoalbuminemia and nausea. - No treatment-related deaths were reported.
