Hansoh's Risvutatug Rezetecan Phase 3 Osteosarcoma Study Hits PFS Primary Endpoint

Hansoh Pharmaceutical announced that the phase 3 ARTEMIS-011 study of risvutatug rezetecan met its primary endpoint of progression-free survival in patients with relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma. The study evaluated risvutatug rezetecan (development code HS-20093/GSK5764227) against gemcitabine plus docetaxel (GD) in patients whose disease had failed at least two prior lines of therapy.
