Aerovius Third-Generation EGFR-TKI Furmonertinib FURTHER Phase 1b Results Published in Cancer Cell

Aerovius (Ailisi) announced that results of the FURTHER phase 1b study (FURMO-002) of its self-developed third-generation EGFR-TKI furmonertinib have been published in the international journal Cancer Cell. The results show its potential as an oral, chemotherapy-free targeted therapy for treatment-naive advanced EGFR PACC-mutant non-small cell lung cancer. EGFR PACC mutations account for about 12% of EGFR-mutant tumors, and no established targeted standard of care exists.
