Comprehensive DNA sequencing reveals hidden drivers of cancer

Two peer-reviewed studies from a University of Michigan team show that long-read nanopore sequencing can resolve gene copy states, mutation arrangements and chemical modifications missed by short-read sequencing, and trace a tumor that arose after AAV gene therapy.
