Updated POTOMAC data at #ESMO26 in BCG-naïve high-risk NMIBC from Maria De Santos:
Adding durvalumab to BCG improved DFS (HR 0.68), with encouraging results in T1 disease (HR 0.48) and cystectomy-free survival (HR 0.45).
Key question: Is the incremental benefit worth the added toxicity and treatment burden? #ESMO2026 @OncoAlert
