Chidamide Plus Nivolumab Phase III Study HBI-8000-303 Shows Median PFS of 11.7 Months in Advanced Melanoma

The global Phase III study HBI-8000-303 of chidamide plus nivolumab showed a median PFS of 11.7 months in patients with advanced melanoma, with a 27% reduction in the risk of disease progression. The results were selected as a late-breaking abstract (LBA54) at the 2026 ESMO congress. The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study enrolled patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma who had not received prior PD-(L)1 inhibitor therapy.
