DeLLphi-305 - tarlatamab added to durvalumab after initial chemo-immunotherapy for small lung cancer essentially doubles survival. Hope for all cancers here, if the right target & treatment modality can be refined. Unquestionably a new standard for this disease. #ESMO2026
