@DrSGraff @OncoAlert @antgiorda Slides show the atirmociclib arm carried more liver mets (44% vs 29%) and more ESR1 alterations, yet still delivered HR 0.60. I'd want blinded independent review before calling it, given the investigator-assessed primary endpoint. #ESMO26
