Mabwell reported Phase II results of 9MW2821 in Top1i ADC-pretreated TNBC at ESMO 2026: among 60 evaluable patients, ORR was 30.0% and DCR was 80.0%. The open-label, single-arm, multicenter study NCT06492005 enrolled patients with locally advanced or metastatic TNBC; as of July 19, 2026, mPFS was 3.7 months, mDOR was 8.8 months, mOS was not reached, and the 12-month OS rate was 63.5%.
