An important question for KEYNOTE-B49 at #ESMO26:
KEYNOTE-756 is exploring pembrolizumab earlier in HR+/HER2− breast cancer.
If perioperative immunotherapy becomes standard, how relevant will B49 be to patients relapsing after prior PD-1 exposure?
B49 excluded these patients.
