Phase III ARTEMIS-011: Risvutatug Rezetecan (HS-20093) Improves PFS in Relapsed or Refractory Osteosarcoma

The Phase III ARTEMIS-011 trial showed risvutatug rezetecan (HS-20093) improved progression-free survival over gemcitabine plus docetaxel in relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma, meeting its primary endpoint. The study enrolled 122 patients who had failed at least two prior lines of therapy. By blinded independent central review, median PFS was 5.5 months versus 1.4 months, HR 0.33, 95% CI 0.20-0.55, P<0.0001, a 67% reduction in risk of progression or death.
