ESMO 2026: TQB2102 Phase III APEX-Breast01 Shows PFS Improvement Over Chemotherapy in HER2-Low Breast Cancer

The Phase III APEX-Breast01 study of TQB2102, presented at ESMO 2026, showed significantly prolonged PFS versus investigator's choice chemotherapy in patients with HER2-low breast cancer. The study enrolled patients with HER2-low breast cancer at the recurrent or metastatic stage who had not previously received chemotherapy. TQB2102 is a HER2 bispecific epitope antibody-drug conjugate.
