CTTQ Presents 15 Studies on Anlotinib, Benmelstobart and Penpulimab at ESMO 2026

Chia Tai Tianqing (CTTQ) presented 15 studies on anlotinib, benmelstobart and penpulimab at ESMO 2026, spanning lung, esophageal and pancreatic cancers. In the randomized phase 2 RCT-PAAG trial, penpulimab plus anlotinib and AG chemotherapy extended median PFS from 4.5 to 8.0 months versus AG chemotherapy alone (P<0.001) and median OS from 10.5 to 13.9 months (P=0.029); ORR was 57.39% versus 26.79% (P<0.001).
