NATALEE 6-y results are out! #ESMO26
2.1 delta in survival at 6 years.
Thanks @Annals_Oncology for reporting subsequent therapy data!
👉Only 44.4% of control arm patients with distant recurrence received a first-line CDK4/6i
Does this survival difference truly inform clinical practice in settings where CDK4/6i are standard of care for metastatic disease?
In my opinion, the answer is no.

@Timothee_MD @Annals_Oncology But if they use in second line, SONIA suggested that the overall survival benefit with iCDK in metastatic disease would be similar

@Timothee_MD @Annals_Oncology They hided the OS in thé Europe region alone, which represents 59% of thé whole trial, And they dropped thé table of deaths due to other causes than breast cancer to conceal the many cardiovascular events!
