Atirmociclib + fulvestrant significantly improved PFS vs investigator’s choice in HR+/HER2− metastatic breast cancer after CDK4/6i (9.4 vs 6.6 months; HR 0.60). CBR was higher (61.9% vs 46.0%), with manageable safety, although grade ≥3 AEs were more frequent.
