Jiangsu Builds 200 Primary-Level Chronic Disease Screening Centers, Screenings Exceed 5.5 Million Visits

Since 2024, Jiangsu province has listed the building of primary-level chronic disease screening and prevention centers among provincial government livelihood projects for three consecutive years. To date, 200 centers have been built province-wide, completing screening for hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases covering more than 5.5 million person-visits, and identifying large numbers of people at high risk of hypertension and diabetes as well as people with dyslipidemia.
