Pathos AI Closes $237 Million Series E at About $3 Billion Post-Money Valuation, Alphamab Invests $62.5 Million

Pathos AI has closed a $237 million Series E round at a pre-money valuation of about $2.7 billion and post-money of about $3 billion, led by BMS, with Alphamab Oncology investing $62.5 million and existing investors participating. The funds will expand the Foundry platform and advance JSKN016, a TROP2/HER3 bispecific ADC, into registrational clinical studies, while also developing pocenbrodib, the AstraZeneca-partnered AZD4241 ER PROTAC, and the DO-2 MET kinase inhibitor.
