AAV Gene Therapy Startup Raises $103 Million to Advance ADPKD Pipeline Candidates EST-201 and EST-101

A company developing AAV gene therapies for kidney diseases including ADPKD has raised $103 million in total. The $93 million Series A was led by RA Capital Management, while 4BIO Capital and GV co-led the $10 million seed round and joined the Series A. Proceeds will advance lead programs EST-201 and EST-101 through clinical proof of concept and further develop the company's kidney-targeted AAV platform.
