Alphamab's Anbenitamab (KN026) Phase 3 Results at ESMO: Breast Cancer PFS HR 0.46, Gastric Cancer OS HR 0.39

Alphamab Pharmaceuticals reported two phase 3 results for anbenitamab (KN026) at ESMO 2026: a first-line breast cancer regimen with PFS HR 0.46 and a second-line gastric cancer regimen with OS HR 0.39. In KN026-003/Healer, 885 patients with HER2-positive advanced breast cancer received anbenitamab plus HB1801 or THP; median PFS was not reached versus 14.3 months, ORR was 87.6% versus 73.4%, and grade 3 or higher TEAEs occurred in 45.9% versus 34.4%.
Why it matters
Two randomized phase 3 studies disclose hazard ratios, response rates and grade 3+ adverse events, giving direct evidence for comparing anbenitamab with existing regimens.
