Kelun-Biotech OptiTROP-Lung06 Phase 3 Shows PFS Benefit in PD-L1-Negative Nonsquamous NSCLC

Kelun-Biotech's OptiTROP-Lung06 phase 3 trial showed a PFS advantage in PD-L1-negative nonsquamous NSCLC. ESMO 2026 LBA data showed median PFS of 15.0 months versus 5.7 months, HR=0.49, P<0.0001; median DoR 13.6 months versus 6.8 months, OS HR=0.58, with data not yet mature. Grade 3 or higher TEAE rates were 47.6% versus 60.6%.
Why it matters
The phase 3 LBA reports PFS, DoR, limited-maturity OS and grade 3 or higher TEAE comparison data in PD-L1-negative nonsquamous NSCLC.
