➡️ Median PFS 38.2 vs 8.4 mo; HR 0.57 (0.42–0.79)
➡️ OS HR 0.77 (0.52–1.15); 85.2% of chemotherapy-arm patients with progression received PD-(L)1 therapy
➡️ Grade ≥3 TRAEs 18.1% vs 50.7%
✅ Authors: significant, durable PFS improvement with a favorable OS trend; single-agent pembrolizumab can be an option for this population. #EndometrialCancer
