Osimertinib + savolitinib vs platinum–pemetrexed in EGFRm/MET-high NSCLC after 1L/2L osimertinib (n=338).
🧬🔬 Stringent MET selection:
IHC 3+ in ≥90% of tumor cells and/or MET gene copy number ≥10 by FISH.
✅ mPFS: 7.6 vs 5.4 mo (HR 0.55; P<0.001)
✅ mOS: 17.8 vs 12.9 mo (HR 0.68; P=0.010)
✅ mDoR: 9.7 vs 5.7 mo
💡PFS benefit was consistent across MET-OE and MET-AMP subgroups.
⚠️ Safety:
• Grade ≥3 TRAEs: 40% vs 52%
• TEAE-related discontinuation: 14% vs 8%
First global Phase 3 to demonstrate a significant OS benefit in MET-selected EGFRm NSCLC after osimertinib, supporting a new targeted treatment option.
