Kelun-Biotech Reports OptiTROP-Lung06 Interim Analysis: sac-TMT Plus Pembrolizumab Beat Pembrolizumab Plus Chemo in PD-L1-Negative NSCLC

Kelun-Biotech presented an interim analysis of the Phase 3 OptiTROP-Lung06 trial at the 2026 ESMO congress. First-line sac-TMT plus pembrolizumab showed significantly superior PFS versus pembrolizumab plus chemotherapy in driver-gene-negative, PD-L1-negative NSCLC, at 15.0 months versus 5.7 months.
Why it matters
Head-to-head Phase 3 interim data provide PFS, hazard ratio, DOR and OS figures for direct comparison of ADC plus immunotherapy against chemoimmunotherapy.
