SystImmune Presents iza-bren Plus Osimertinib Update in First-Line EGFRm NSCLC: ORR 100%, 18-Month PFS Rate 92.2%

At ESMO 2026, SystImmune presented a China phase II follow-up update of iza-bren plus osimertinib in first-line EGFRm NSCLC, showing an ORR of 100% and an 18-month PFS rate of 92.2%. iza-bren is a bispecific EGFR×HER3 ADC. Median follow-up was 22.8 months, about 10 months longer than at WCLC 2025. The original article says such a PFS curve has never been seen in first-line EGFR lung cancer and sums it up as zero patients with progression.
