Hengrui Medicine's PD-L1/TGF-βRII bispecific antibody fusion protein relafenlip alfa (SHR-1701), combined with CAPOX as first-line treatment for unresectable locally advanced or metastatic HER2-negative gastric/gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, was published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology as the phase 3 RELIGHT study.
