Georgina Long presented INTerpath-001 at #ESMO26: intismeran + pembrolizumab vs placebo + pembrolizumab as adjuvant therapy for resected melanoma. It met the primary RFS endpoint (42% reduction in risk of recurrence or death) and the key secondary DMFS endpoint (38% reduction). OS is still immature, and follow-up is ongoing.
