FOURLIGHT-1: HR+/HER2− breast cancer after CDK4/6i.
Atirmociclib + fulvestrant met the phase II PFS endpoint:
9.4 vs 6.6 months; HR 0.60.
Control: fulvestrant OR everolimus/exemestane.
Separate superiority over the latter was not shown.
