AAV long-term lymphocyte depletion in chronic LCMV separates B cell presence from antibody secretion
Start here
In a chronic LCMV model, an AAV-based long-term lymphocyte depletion tool showed that the physical presence of B cells, independent of antibody secretion and BCR specificity, is required to sustain antiviral CD4 and CD8 responses, but specific antibodies are needed to clear chronic virus.
