EGFR-targeted antibody−toxin conjugate in recurrent glioma: a phase 1 trial
Start here
A phase 1 trial of D2C7-ATC, an antibody-toxin conjugate targeting EGFR and EGFRvIII, in patients with recurrent malignant glioma showed encouraging safety and efficacy signals. Translational analyses of patient samples indicated intratumoral and systemic immune activation. The results support the conjugate as a candidate strategy for recurrent malignant glioma.
